The Hampshire Health Record (HHR) and the National Summary Care Record (SCR) share some similarities, such as the ability to share clinical information and robust controls over access to this data. However; the HHR is not part of the SCR project and does not provide information to the national system.
The HHR is a more detailed record, but is limited to staff and patients within Hampshire only. Most residents of Hampshire have some information in their HHR but they do not have a SCR.
The HHR is held and maintained within the Hampshire NHS.
